Order failed to deliver

If the carrier isn’t able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by the customer, it’ll be returned to the default return address. When that happens, you’ll get an email from us that your order arrived back at the facility. Your order will be held at the facility for 30 days and can be reshipped if you provide us with the correct address details. Shipping costs for reshipping are not covered by us and have to be payed by the customer.

Damaged or wrong products

If a product received is wrong or damaged, contact us at info@athleticeleganceapparel.com and provide us with photo's of the product and the order details within 30 days of the delivery. We'll be happy to assist and reship the order for you.

Buyer's remorse

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Size exchange

We’re sad to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.
